Apple Pie
  • 5 apples sliced thin (1/4 into 4 pieces)

  • 1/2 Cup of White Sugar

  • 3/4 ts of Ground Cinnamon

  • 1/3 Cup of White Sugar

  • 3/4 Cup of Flour

  • 6 tbsp of Soft Butter

  • 1 Pie Shell

Pre-Heat the over to 400 degrees

Apples in Shell

Overstuff the pie shell with the apples
Mix 1/2 cup of sugar with the cinnamon in a bowl, mix well and pour over the apples

Crumb topping

Mix 1/3 sugar and flour with a fork
Cut the butter into the mixture and mix with a fork until it looks like cornmeal
Pour over the top of the pie

Bake for 35 to 40 min on 350 (until apples are soft) on a cookie tray lined with tin foil.

Don not cover
