Baked Red Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of Red Potatoes

  • 2 to 3 Tsp Olive Oil

  • Dash of Garlic Salt

  • Dash of Italian Seasoning

  • Dash of Salt and Pepper

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees

Combine all ingredients except the potatoes into a small cup

Wash the potatoes and cut the potatoes into quarters, trying to keep the potatoes all about the same sizes.

Add the potatoes and mixture into a single bowl making sure all the potatoes are covered.

Place the potatoes onto a cookie sheet, I typically hit it with a little extra salt and pepper.

Bake for 30 minutes, stir them a little bit and then cook for an additional 5 minutes.
