BBQ Chicken and Rice
  • 6 frozen skinless, boneless chicken breasts halves (or 2.5 lbs of chicken boneless skinless breasts)

  • 1 18 oz bottle of BBQ Sauce (Sweet Baby Rays Hickory Brown Sugar is recommended)

  • 1/2 Cup of Italian salad dressing

  • 1/4 Cup of Brown Sugar, packed

  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

Place chicken in a slow cooker

In a bowl, mix the BBQ sauce, Italian dressing, Brown Sugar and Worcestershire sauce, pour over chicken

Cover and cook for 3.5 hours on high or 6 to 8 hours on low

Shred chicken and return to sauce in slow cooker

Serve on buns or over rice
