Beef Stew
1 1/2 - 2 lb of beef stew meat
1 tbsp of white vinegar
1 14 oz can of beef gravy
1 can of cut string beans
1 can of corn
1 can of new potatos
carrots
a small can of pearl onions
1 can of stewed tomatos
1 small can of tomato sauce
flour
Cut the beef cubes into 1/4 inch cubes, making it easy to eat without a knife.
Add flour to a bowl and roll the cubes in it until the cubes are lightly covered.
Brown the beef in a pot.
Fill the pot with 1/3 to 1/2 cup of water, add vinegar and simmer for 20 minutes.
add all other ingredients and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
