Beef Stew
  • 1 1/2 - 2 lb of beef stew meat

  • 1 tbsp of white vinegar

  • 1 14 oz can of beef gravy

  • 1 can of cut string beans

  • 1 can of corn

  • 1 can of new potatos

  • carrots

  • a small can of pearl onions

  • 1 can of stewed tomatos

  • 1 small can of tomato sauce

  • flour

Cut the beef cubes into 1/4 inch cubes, making it easy to eat without a knife.

Add flour to a bowl and roll the cubes in it until the cubes are lightly covered.

Brown the beef in a pot.

Fill the pot with 1/3 to 1/2 cup of water, add vinegar and simmer for 20 minutes.

add all other ingredients and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
