Chicken Chili
  • 1.5 lb of Ground Chicken (turkey works but not as well)

  • 1 Can of corn, drained

  • 1 medium chopped onion

  • 1 large chopped green pepper

  • 1 can of chili beans (drained)

  • 1 can of black beans (drained)

  • 1 tspn of chopped garlic (fresh)

  • 2 tspn of chili powder

  • 1 tspn cumin

  • 1 can of diced tomato's (basil and garlic)

  • 1 jar of picante sauce (med or hot, to taste)

  • 1 14 oz can of tomato sauce (regular tomato sauce)

  • 1 can of chicken broth

  • 1 can of petite diced tomato's

  • dash of basil

  • 1/2 tspn of cayenne pepper

  • dash of oregano

Mix the chicken in a large bowl with:

  • Garlic

  • Cayenne Pepper

  • Chili Powder

  • Cumin

  • 1/4 cup of chicken broth

  • Basil

  • Oregano

  • Peppers

  • Onions

Add all the additional ingredients into a large crockpot

Cook the chicken mixture and add it into a mixer to break the meat down to 1/8 pieces in sizes, then add it into the crockpot and cook on high for a minimum of 3 hours
