Chicken Chili
1.5 lb of Ground Chicken (turkey works but not as well)
1 Can of corn, drained
1 medium chopped onion
1 large chopped green pepper
1 can of chili beans (drained)
1 can of black beans (drained)
1 tspn of chopped garlic (fresh)
2 tspn of chili powder
1 tspn cumin
1 can of diced tomato's (basil and garlic)
1 jar of picante sauce (med or hot, to taste)
1 14 oz can of tomato sauce (regular tomato sauce)
1 can of chicken broth
1 can of petite diced tomato's
dash of basil
1/2 tspn of cayenne pepper
dash of oregano
Mix the chicken in a large bowl with:
Garlic
Cayenne Pepper
Chili Powder
Cumin
1/4 cup of chicken broth
Basil
Oregano
Peppers
Onions
Add all the additional ingredients into a large crockpot
Cook the chicken mixture and add it into a mixer to break the meat down to 1/8 pieces in sizes, then add it into the crockpot and cook on high for a minimum of 3 hours
