Chicken Chow Mein
  • 1 cooked chicken (can be store bought)

  • 3 medium to large green peppers

  • 3 medium onions

  • 2 to 3 large cans of chicken broth

  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce

  • flour

Cut the green peppers and onions into slices, if they are too long, cut the slices in half.

Steam the vegetables in the pot that will be used for the chicken chow mein with water and some of the soy sauce.

Once the vegetables have loosened up a bit, add everything else except a 1/2 can of broth and the flour, this will be used if you need to thicken the sauce.

To thicken the sauce put some of the extra broth into a cup and add flour, mix thoroughly then add to the chicken chow mien. If necessary repeat.
