Meat Balls
  • 1/2 cup of water

  • 2 1/2 lb of chopped meat

  • 1 1/4 cups of Italian bread crumbs

  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp parsley

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tbsp parmesan cheese

  • pinch of salt and pepper

  • 2 to 3 quarts of sauce (I use 3 quarts of 3 different types of sauce to make it interesting)

Add the sauce to a large pot and set it on low, do not use a slow cooker as it will thin out the sauce too much

Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl

Make the meat into balls and add them to the sauce as they are made

Once all the meat balls are added to the sauce raise the temperature to medium until the sauce begin to bubble, then lower back to low and cook for 3 to 4 hours, when the meat balls are cooked through.

As for other options you can add in sausage, chicken, or beef. It is possible to add all together, it adds nice flavor to the sauce.
