Meat Loaf
  • 1 1/2 lb of chop meat

  • 3/4 cups of milk

  • 2 eggs

  • 3/4 tspn salt

  • 1/4 tspn pepper

  • 1 small diced onion

  • 1 small diced green pepper

  • 3/4 cup of Italian bread crumbs

  • 1 14 oz can of gravy

  • catsup

Mix all together except the gravy and catsup

Mold the meatloaf into three different same size loafs and place into a pan with a 2 to 3 inch lip.

Cover the loafs with catsup and then pour the gravy over the top of it all, I typically cover the loafs and make sure there is about an inch of gravy within the pan, this will be used for gravy on the meatloaf when serving and whatever else you serve with this (I typically serve mash potatoes and corn)

Cook for 1.5 hours at 350.
