Meatloaf Grilled Cheese
One of my favorite Leftovers for meatloaf is a grilled cheese with meatloaf, sounds crazy but very good.
Slice the meatloaf in about a 1/4 inch slice so that it will got hot with the grilled cheese, I typically use swirl rye bread from Pepperidge Farm but you can use whatever you like.
Butter the bread on the side that will go into the fryer, basically butter only one side of each slice of bread.
Add a slice to the frying pan butter side down and I place 2 slices of American cheese on the bread, use whatever cheese you like. Add the meatloaf to the cheese then add 2 more slices and the other piece of bread (butter up) and fry.
Fry both sides until a little brown and enjoy.
