Potato Balls
Ingredients:
3 pounds of home-made mashed potatoes left over night in the fridge.
1 cup of Breadcrumbs
¼ teaspoon of Nutmeg
Salt and Pepper to taste
3 tablespoons of Flour
2 Eggs
Mix all ingredients together
Make potato balls into about 2 inch balls
Place into boiling water then turn to simmer for 20 minutes and keep covered all the time.
