Potato Balls

Ingredients:

  • 3 pounds of home-made mashed potatoes left over night in the fridge.

  • 1 cup of Breadcrumbs

  • ¼ teaspoon of Nutmeg

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • 3 tablespoons of Flour

  • 2 Eggs

Mix all ingredients together

Make potato balls into about 2 inch balls

Place into boiling water then turn to simmer for 20 minutes and keep covered all the time.
