Sausage

Sausage is one of the easiest things to cook, whether in the oven or on the grill.

My family likes the Bacon and Cheddar sausage the best, if you are using this do not poke them the cheddar will make a mess.

The easiest is the oven, takes 25 minutes and you have to do nothing, anyone can do it.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

While the oven is heating I typically take the sausage and throw it into a ziplock bag with BBQ sauce and make sure they all get covered, you don’t want to do this ahead of time as the BBQ sauce will break down and become very loose, you want it thick.

Take a baking sheet and line it with either parchment paper or aluminum foil. I have used both, aluminum foil makes clean up a lot easier.

Add the sausage to the sheet and bake it for 25 minutes turning them at about 15 minutes and you are finished.

You can also use the same BBQ sausage on the grill, personally I like the grill better but I don’t always have the time to sit there and cook it.
