Stuffed Peppers
6 peppers
1 lb chop meat
2 tablespoons chopped onions
lightly salt
1/8 ts garlic salt
1 cup cooked rice
1 lg can of sauce
Clean peppers out and add to boiling water for 5 to 10 minutes or until tender
Add sauce to bottom of each pepper
Mix all ingredient together and stuff peppers, leaving aside some of the sauce.
Cover pepper with remaining sauce
Cover and bake for 45 min to 1 hour, until tender at 350
